Booking Guide

All tours and services can be booked directly to Vietnam Open Tour or it's appointed travel agents. Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Vietnam Open Tour and it's clients agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Vietnam Open Tour to the clients, whether on an individual or on a tour basis, shall be governed by the General Booking Conditions set out bellow and that the said General Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Vietnam Open Tour and it's clients.

VALIDITY
All prices quoted to clients on our website are on a net basis and in United States Dollars (USD) and valid according to the date specified on the Vietnam Open Tour printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the clients. Vietnam Open Tour warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the clients are correct at the time of issuance of the client's quotations and/or invoice but are subject to changes in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations should be directly made to our office. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty per cent) deposit of the total is requested (full payment is required for air, train ticket or hotel reservation) , and the rest of the package tour total for the service should be paid at the first day of client's arrival in Vietnam or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Vietnam Open Tour may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of the sums already paid by the clients to Vietnam Open Tour.

We accept payment by VISA, Master Card, Amex and JCB card. Please print and complete a copy of our credit card payment form (type pdf / doc) as well as copies of two sides of your credit card and fax back to us at (84 - 4) 3926 2329 or scan then send mail to info@vietnamopentour.com.vn. Please click here for credit card payment form (type pdf / doc).  Extra bank charge 3% will be setlled by client.

5. Payment by money transfer service of Western Union (Applied if you are not in Vietnam)
You can choose many of bank agents of Western Union in your country or do it online to transfer money to our company. Please follow the guide of  http://www.westernunion.com

7. Payment by post/ credit card/ cash (If you are in Vietnam)
If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to settle the payment. Or our staff can come your office to do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send money by post/ bank transfer.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received by our office in Hanoi more than 15 days in advance.
Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.

No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.

VOUCHERS
Vouchers are to be issued by Vietnam Open Tour for all bookings. A copy of the clients' itinerary should be enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients on arrival or at the beginning of the booked arrangements.

LIABILITY
Vietnam Open Tour is committed to doing it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity and upon the satisfaction of it's clients. It's the understanding of the concerned parties that Vietnam Open Tour acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients. Vietnam Open Tour will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of Vietnam Open Tour and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the clients. The clients warrant that Vietnam Open Tour will not be responsible and/or liable for any additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.

CLAIMS
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.
