- Exemption of visa is granted  to Vietnamese citizens bearing diplomatic passports or official passports, or ordinary passports for official mission or sea-crew passports and Cuban citizens bearing diplomatic, service or official passports or maritime passports. <br>
- Visa fee is gratis for bearers of other passports.
